Colston Road and St Albans Road improvements

We’re planning some works in the Colston Road and St Albans Road areas.

We’ve already replaced stairwell windows in the Colston Road flats

At the moment, we’re repairing and painting railings outside both Colston Road and St Albans flats.

Over the next year we propose to: 

• Repair external rendering
• Clear and wash down gutters, soffits and facias
• Repair internal plaster in communal areas
• Repaint walls and ceilings of internal communal areas
• Renew vinyl flooring

Over the next one to two years we propose to: 

• Replace external entrance doors and attached windows
• Replace roofing
• Paint the outside of the blocks

Over the next two to four years we propose to:

• Replace balcony frames and glass
• Replace glass in the walkways
• Renew lighting in communal areas
• Replace wooden doors in storage areas with UPVC doors
