Greaves Close garages

The garages were in a poor state of repair and were unsightly, adding nothing to the surrounding area. The tarmac in front of the garages was also uneven and the high fencing around the garage area gave the area a closed off and unwelcoming feel.

We carried out a full refurbishment of all the garages, replacing the roofs, installing new soffits, fascias and cladding, and renewing the doors to make sure that all garages are now secure and watertight.

We also did a full resurfacing of the tarmac and cleared and improved the surface drainage, improved the nearby drying area, and lowering the existing fencing to improve the look and feel of the area.
