Calcroft Close

There was no distinct garden space available for each resident, just  a large, uninspiring expanse of grass. The line markings to the car park had faded and the number of parking spaces was restricted. The area was surrounded by unsightly fencing and there were no designated bin stores.

We created individual garden spaces for the residents which include a patio area, privacy screens and a new path layout. These now provide each resident with their own  space to enjoy.

We also redesigned and marked up the car park to increase the amount of parking spaces and include accessible parking bays. We replaced the old unsightly fencing  with new timber fencing to give the space a softer and more natural feel, and added timber bin enclosures to make the space feel tidier and more appealing.
