New Landlord Strategy - we want to know what you think

The Landlord Strategy is our plan for how we will manage council housing services over the coming years.

It has two main objectives:

  1. To deliver high-quality services that meet the needs and expectations of tenants and leaseholders.
  2. To meet the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing, whose job it is to ensure that social landlords are managing housing services effectively.

We’d like to know what you think of the Landlord Strategy because it outlines how your housing services will be delivered.

You can read a draft summary of the Strategy below, or you can read a draft of the full Strategy here

Please let us know what you think by completing the form below or by clicking here to open the form in a fresh page.

You have until Friday 31 July to give us your views.

£100 prize draw

As a thank you to every Nottingham City Council Housing Services resident who takes the time to give us their views, and provides their contact details, we'll put those names in a prize draw for a chance to win a £100 shopping voucher.
