Services over Easter

Wishing you all a very happy Easter! Details of our services across the bank holiday weekend are as follows:

Repairs

Non-emergency repairs can be reported 24 hours a day through our new Tenant Portal (you'll need to register first), or up until 5pm on Thursday 2 April by calling 0115 915 2222.

Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April - 24 hours emergency repairs service only by calling 0115 915 2222

Tuesday 7 April - our normal repairs service will begin again at 8.30am

Paying your rent

You can pay your rent 24 hours a day online or by calling the 24 hour automated payment line onĀ 0800 052 0173

For rent enquiries over the Easter period, we'll be available to help until 5pm on Thursday 2 April by calling 0115 915 4920. Our normal rent service will begin again from 8.30am on Tuesday 7 April.

Housing Services

We'll be available to help until 5pm on Thursday 2 April by calling 0115 746 9555. Our normal housing service will begin again from 8.30am on Tuesday 7 April.

Nottingham on Call

Our Nottingham on Call service will be available to existing customers 24 hours a day, every day, as always.
